What is IT network management?
IT network management is an outsourced service where we take full responsibility for your company's network, servers and computers. It includes installing and configuring network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall), 24/7 uptime monitoring, user management in Active Directory or Microsoft 365, backup solutions, and helpdesk support. It is an alternative to hiring an in-house IT person — at lower cost and with higher availability.
How much does IT network management cost?
The cost depends on the number of devices and scope of services. Indicatively from 350 CZK per device per month — for a typical company with 10–30 devices that is roughly 3,500 to 10,000 CZK per month. After a free audit you receive an exact quote. The first consultation and audit are free.
What is the difference between network management and IT outsourcing?
Network management focuses on infrastructure — routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN and firewalls. IT outsourcing is a broader term that also covers end-user devices, helpdesk, and applications. Zen Systems offers both — we manage your entire IT environment as a single partner, from the network through servers to user support.
What size company benefits from managed IT network services?
Managed IT network services make sense from the moment a company has 5 or more employees with computers on a company network. Typical clients have 10–100 users and one or more servers. Smaller companies benefit most from helpdesk and backups; larger companies from full infrastructure management including security solutions.
How fast do you respond to a problem?
During business hours within 30 minutes. For critical outages we have a 24/7 on-call mode.
How does the transition from an existing vendor work?
We regularly take over management from existing setups without any downtime. We start with a free audit to assess the network, servers and backups. Based on that we prepare a handover plan. The full transition typically takes 14 days and is invisible to the client.
What about old backups and data?
The audit includes a backup review. If anything is missing or not working, we propose a solution and migrate data safely.
Do you offer a free network audit?
Yes. The first consultation and a basic IT infrastructure audit are free and non-binding. We review your current network, servers and backups, identify risks and recommend solutions. The audit is typically completed within 1–2 business days and you receive a written report.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We work on a monthly basis with one month's notice to cancel. No multi-year commitments.
Are you only in Prague?
Our main area is Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, but we handle remote management across the whole Czech Republic. For clients outside Prague we also offer on-site visits.
